Maggi Hot Mug - Independent Review
They call it homeless food...
Popular products with the Maggi logo have long and firmly conquered our market. They pushed the Gallina Blanca company very hard, in some places they pushed it out altogether. But how much is this celebration of Maggi's company deserved? Let's take this product as an example... Instant soup!

It's a bag, and it's called "Hot Mug" - chicken with croutons... 100% flavor, no preservatives.
The reverse side of the bag, there is a lot of different and necessary information. For example, the manufacturing technology of the product and the preparation of the final dish from it. But first, about the composition of the product: wheat flour crackers, maltodextrin, thickeners - modified starch, xanthan gum, wheat flour, sugar, iodized salt, vegetable and chicken fat, skimmed milk powder, flavor enhancers (glutamate, guanylate and sodium ionizate), flavors natural (lovage) and identical to natural (onions, chicken), carrots, parsley, acidity regulator (citric acid), black pepper, chicken meat (powder), turmeric, coagulants (sugar color, riboflavins).
Made in Russia, Nestle Russia LLC... Now the date of manufacture is now 2020, and this soup was made in 2008, and on December 3, 2009, its expiration date has already expired. The product should be thrown away! But, let's not rush. I had 5-6 such packages ... and at the same time about a dozen fresh, not expired. I decided to compare.
The product is prepared very simply - a bag is opened, poured into a bowl, poured with a glass of boiling water - 200 ml, mixed. We wait a minute and eat.
Of course - this is not an elite rank food ... as they say on the Internet - a deshman's snack. However, I didn’t expect anything else, as I think you too ... now comparing an expired soup with a fresh one - without at all promoting expired products! Exclusively for the sake of experiment.
No difference. Absolutely.
I end with this. The product is quite suitable, although specific. If we talk about how harmful it is to health - I do not know.
Now about the question - how much better are Maggi's products than those of Galina Blanca? And here everything is exactly - they are fundamentally no different. A little later, I will describe Maggi and Galina Blanca mushroom broths - and compare them.
